I Kid You Not is an immersive platform that explains content simply to kids and teens. Most of the content on the platform is written by kids. If you wish to contribute your child’s work to the platform, you need to fill out the Article Submission form. If you are a child who is under the age of 18, you need to log on to the platform with your parents’ guidance, especially while filling out the article submission form or creating a user id.

Please note – we will require parental/legal guardian consent (from both parents) in order to publish the article and the child’s information on the platform. Once we fill out the details, we shall initiate the authentication process. Please bear with us till the process is complete.

If you are a parent/legal guardian, you need to be fully aware of the fact that once you agree to the terms of your child’s content and details being published, the information will be available to the public.

User accounts: This subsection of the platform applies to users to register to take quizzes. In order for your account to be verified, we will need to initiate the authentication process once you have successfully registered.

 Please note: Once your account is active and you start taking the quizzes, your information will be visible on a public leaderboard.

Registration Data. In registering as a user, you agree to the following:

• Provide true, accurate and current, data
• Update the data in case of changes
• You will be solely responsible for all activities that take place under your account.
• You will not share your account details (like passwords etc) with anyone.
• You will need to notify I Kid You Not immediately in case of any unauthorized use of your account
• You agree not to create an account using a false identity or information

Please note: In our terms and conditions, the words “our”, “us, and “you”, refers to I Kid learning4kids.net and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. You are urged to check these terms regularly.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Before browsing our site, you agree and accept that I Kid You Not cannot be held legally responsible for any loss, damage, or disadvantage you may suffer related to your use of the platform – be it for any reason – like errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or lack of information. You agree consume the content on this platform at your own risk, for which we cannot be held liable.

I Kid You Not may, at times (to enhance the user experience), provide links to other website. This, however, does not automatically imply endorsement or approval between I Kid You Not and those platforms. I Kid You Not believes in giving a voice to today’s children, no matter what side of the debate they are on. I Kid You Not also believes in providing non-biased and fair information. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. However, if you agree to the publishing the details of children and teens on our platform, you shall not object to the same as it appears on the website. COPYRIGHT AND RESTRICTIONS OF USE

Once you submit your content to be published on our platform, you agree to I Kid You Not owning the content and you shall not republish that on any other platform. All the content on our platform is owned by us. This includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, trademarks and graphics. You do not have the permission to reproduce the information or content anywhere else.

I Kid You Not reserves all copyright and trademark in its platform and reserves the right to take action against you  the event that you breach any of these terms.

PERMISSIONS

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents from the I Kid You Not platform is prohibited, with the exception of:

• School use (to show to an educator)
