In the ODI Match held on 6th February 2022, Kohli got out a 4-ball 8.
Question is – how did he achieve this milestone if he got out?
Kohli achieved this milestone in his 96th innings. He overtook Sachin Tendulkar, as he has scored 5002 runs before his 100th innings (Tendulakr had reached this milestone in 121 innings)
Which other batsmen have scored 5000 runs at home?
As mentiend above, Tendulkar scored the number of runs in his 121st innings on his home soil, while Jacques Kallis batted 130 for his 5000 runs. Ricky Ponting took 138 innings to meet the score. So far,
