Wanda Vision is Disney+Hotstar’s first official MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) TV series. As the name suggests, the show revolves around 2 characters, Vision, a superhero created by Thor, and Wanda Maximoff, the scarlet witch. If you’re a marvel fan, you must know this, Vision was killed by Thanos in the movie ‘Avengers: Infinity War’.

The series is set in a town known as Westview, which has been created by Wanda herself, so as to keep her head above the water after Vision’s death. It was a fake reality in Wanda’s head, where Vision was alive and they had children. It was her idea of a happy-ever-after life.

The version of Vision according to Tyler Hayward, an agent for S.W.O.R.D., seems to run on Wanda’s power by a radioactive drone that emerged from Wanda’s Hex to power White Vision in the final 2 episodes of the show. White Vision is basically Vision with a color change.

Westview town is basically mind-controlled by Wanda as it is her imagination.

This show is extremely different and complicated though, is very engrossing. In the final episode, Wanda destroys the Hex, leaving Vision and her kids behind which helped her resolve her mental trauma and grief. By destroying the Hex, she also defeated the powerful witch Agatha Harkness who was Wanda’s neighbor in Westview.

In the end, we can hear the cries of her twins, which means that Vision and the twins are still alive or maybe trapped in another dimension.

If you are a marvel fan, you are going to love it. It is a very important show and plays a very big role in the MCU.
