Earth isn’t really round. Our planet’s rotation causes it to kind-of bulge at the equator and flatten at the poles. It’s what’s called a ‘geoid’ – meaning an irregular-shaped “ball”!

Coral reefs are the Earth’s largest living structures. Coral reefs are found underwater and are made up of lots of colonies of little animals called coral polyps. These build skeletons made of calcium carbonate, which over over time and form the coral reefs. 

The Earth is said to be 4.54 billion years old!
