Did you know Elon Musk is planning to take humans to space? Is there a way to go to space without NASA’s Approval? Yes, there is a way, SpaceX!

First of all, what is SpaceX?

SpaceX is an American Rocket company that provides America with fully manufactured rockets. SpaceX is commonly known as Space Exploration Technologies. It is the largest supply chain for NASA. SpaceX was established in 2002 by a famous entrepreneur, Elon Musk. It was developed so that America could produce satellites. NASA, the biggest space organization that has launched over 3700 rockets, sometimes used to have to delay their missions. This is because rockets could not be fully prepared for launch, as they used Russian vehicles. This is one of the reasons SpaceX was founded. However, this was not the only reason. Elon Musk always wanted to take humans to Mars. He was sure that if he launched his own rocket company his dreams would become a reality.

Who is Elon Musk?

Elon Musk is an American entrepreneur who owns the company, Tesla. Tesla is a car manufacturer that produces many electrical cars. Many environmentalists call them eco-friendly cars. Each is worth almost $50,000. Imagine that! Elon Musk recently bought an entire village for SpaceX. In 2016 when a satellite landed on a ship he called it a great milestone in the history of space.

Did SpaceX buy an entire village?

SpaceX had bought village the of Boca Chica (in Texas). It is located in an isolated area so that he could start to make a launch site. This Village was bought in 2014. Though it had a few houses, in my opinion, it is the perfect launch site for SpaceX.

So, on 31 May 2020, SpaceX launched a rocket, in partnership with NASA that had two American astronauts.

For SpaceX, the sky is no longer the limit!
